How long will it take until I receive my order?

All unframed prints will ship out by Friday of the week print was purchased. For all orders received on Friday we try our best to ship out same-day but cannot make any promises. In that case, orders placed on Friday will ship out the following week. Please see the individual product page on our website for available shipping options and speeds.

Please note orders that are placed during a week of a bank holiday will be delayed by a couple of days. For all framed orders, please allow 2-4 weeks until shipment.

Do you ship worldwide?

We only ship within the U.S. at this time.

Do you rush orders?

If your order is time-sensitive, please contact me so we can make arrangements to make sure you get your package by a specified date. Additional fees may apply.

What is your return policy?

All prints and products by The Cartorialist are final sale, non-returnable and non-exchangeable. All prints and products by The Cartorialist purchased through 3rd party vendors are non-exchangeable and non-returnable through our site. Please refer to the 3rd party vendor’s terms and conditions for any issues with your order.

Do you offer framing?

Yes! Frames are custom cut and hand-made by Framebridge, who ships them to you ready to hang. Framebridge's mouldings are made of solid wood with premium finishes, including acid-free foam core and acrylic with UV protection. Each frame is inspected bye their experts to ensure perfection before it is shipped out to you from their studios here in the United States. International shipping is not available at this time. 

Will my print be signed and/or editioned?

All prints ordered from our site will include a Certificate of Authenticity that will be signed and numbered by Carly Kuhn, the artist behind The Cartorialist. 

What if my order is lost?

If by chance a package is lost in transit we are happy to work with you to resolve the issue but we kindly ask that you report it to the carrier FedEx before reaching out to customerservice@cartorialist.com.

This is a gift! Do you include the price within the package?

We do not include a price nor an invoice within any of our shipments. If you would like to include a handwritten note within your order, please email your order number and message to customerservice@cartorialist.com.

Does The Cartorialist donate prints for charity?

Yes, on occasion, we donate prints for charities. If you would like to be considered for a donation please email hello@cartorialist.com with a copy of your IRS tax letter noting your 501 (c) (3) status and we are happy to look at your request. Please note that, unfortunately, we cannot accommodate all requests.

Is my transaction secure?

We will never share or sell your information to any third party, and the information collected is solely used to contact you about your order if necessary. Transactions on our site are secured using up to 128-bit SSL encryption technology to ensure that your personal information (especially your name, address and credit card number) stays out of the wrong hands, and cannot be read or intercepted as it travels to our payment processing system. This is the same level of encryption used by large banks to keep your information secure.

Do you do custom sizes?

At this time, we're not able to fulfill custom print orders.
